Every day is a journey
through history

Dear customer,

Every work that comes out of the brush is my work from start to finish. The painting technique used is mainly acrylic and watercolor, to a lesser extent oil. When preparing the initial sketch, I use a regular pencil. It must be taken into account that such a large variety of crafts, the degree of difficulty, the size of the work and all the details applied to a specific work require appropriate time and concentration. Therefore, the waiting time for the sketch of the craft is usually a few days (1-6). Finished works are created after at least 10-15 days in the case of ordered coats of arms, coat of arms legends or small maps. Larger, more advanced crafts such as multi-generational family trees, historical maps, battles or coat of arms roles usually take 6-12 weeks of work. Therefore, there is a request from the creator of the works to submit all orders well in advance.

The order of applications and their implementation applies. Almost always, several pieces of handicraft are being made at the same time. Until the painting of the handicraft is finished, the creator is in constant contact with the person commissioning the work. This is primarily to allow the Client to learn about the progress of the work, or to make some changes on an ongoing basis. After concluding a contract for the work, I proceed to its implementation, first making a sketch (it can also be a sketch proposed by the person commissioning it), then the material on which the work is to be created is prepared.

The last step after the Client’s acceptance is painting the handicraft. After the work is finished, it is properly secured and then sent directly to the indicated address. The Client has 14 days to complain about the handicraft from the date of its delivery and to request a refund. After this period, the complaint will not be accepted.
